This cute little 1958 Corvette had been previously restored inside and out but the new owner wanted us to freshen up the exterior with new dent free skin and something other than the house paint it had.  Simple job, should only take a week or so.

Everything was looking good as we pulled the old skin until we got to the right side... Serious water damage!  Notice that Corvette trailers like Scotties do not have framing on the side walls but rather solid plywood sides.  This creates an extra challenge to repair.  In this case we cut back to solid wood without damaging the interior paneling and scabbed in new wood.

We created a custom paint job to add a little style, looks great even though it is not a factory correct paint scheme.  There it goes behind its happy owner back to Tucson, AZ.
